NOW HIRING – PART-TIME DRIVER
Location/Department: Naperville – ADS & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Positions Available: 2
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 30 hours per week
Shift Times: 7:00–9:00 AM and 3:00–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you someone who enjoys being on the road and brightening people’s days along the way? We’re looking for friendly, responsible, and safety-focused drivers to join our Naperville Branch team!
In this role, you’ll be driving for our Adult Day Services (ADS) program and/or After School Program, helping our community’s seniors and After School kiddos travel safely, comfortably, and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Provide safe, reliable transportation for seniors (up to 5 hours/day) and/or students (about 1 hour/day).
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude toward all passengers.
• Ensure vehicles are operated safely and kept clean and organized.
• Be a dependable part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Age: 21 years or older
• License: Current and valid Illinois driver’s license (or probationary license if recently moved from another state)
• Record: No more than three moving violations in the past three years; no reckless or serious driving convictions
• Training: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete training — we’ll provide it.)
• Lifestyle: Drug- and alcohol-free
• Education: High school graduate or above
• Languages: English, Chinese, Korean, or Spanish
